Will i be charged travel fees?

Travels fees vary depending where the location of the event and/or application will be held. Bryhana Chrystina is currently based in South Florida and is located in Fort Lauderdale. Any locations 10+ miles outside of the Fort Lauderdale location will be charged travel fees and are included in the total.

How do booking deposits work?

When booking an appointment, a booking deposit is required. This is to hold the appointment time and date that the client has requested. This deposit is 30% of your service total and DOES count toward the balance. All booking deposits are due at the time of booking to secure the appointment. Payment options for this will be discussed at the time of booking.

How do i cancel my booking?

Will I recieve a refund after cancellation of my booking?

Clients may cancel the scheduled booking at any time within a 48 hour window after booking, for a full refund of the booking deposit/service total paid. After the 48 hour window, all booking deposits are non-refundable but are transferable up to once within a one month period.
